Today I witnessed the funniest thing.
A Kookaburra was playing a game with itself much like dogs and cats do.
Cats will play with something, grabbing it with it's mouth or paws and contort itself, oblivious to every thing going on around it.
Dogs are the same, gamboling with pure pleasure.
This Kookaburra was playing with a broken branch lying on the ground which still had dead leaves attached.
Kookaburra was jumping up grabbing a leaf, pulling it off, jumping around in silliness then having a go at another leaf.
Looked to be having fun. With it's beak open like a smile.
Never saw the like of this before
