@hollydolly . That would have got me upset, too. Usually, the managers are the nice ones (in my experience), but this was the other way around. Go figure.
We were told once, when I worked at a hospital, that the way we treat patients can have longterm and far reaching effects down the line and can cost them lots of money. When a customer is not happy, and tells their friends, and they tell their friends, guess what? People stop coming. Homesense is going to feel the effects. Also, if they have a review section, post your review.
