Why? I have a 1" thick Black Angus rib eye steak, a large russet potato which I'm planning to bake and serve with a sauteed mushroom mix on top. Now, this is not my norm since losing my Detta (RIP) but I want to try a luxury meal for a change from frozen food. I have some fresh asparagus spears I may also cook but I don't know if I can eat that much food... Wanna join me, we can share?
