I wish I could still do this, don't you?

Threading a needle took me 15 minutes yesterday, you could cut the air with all my shouting at myself.
I keep telling myself to get one of those needle threader gizmos, I got loads of them somewhere, but finding them would take me ages.

If you can't find your old needle threaders, I don't recommend buying a new one. I know they're cheap, but they're also garbage.

I wish I could say "I wish I could still play baseball," but most of the time lately, I'm wishing I could just walk like a normal person.

@horseless carriage - I have to work hard just to walk, but my wife and I have at least one dance every evening. She gets home from work or school, freshens up and slips into something more comfortable, puts on some music, and gets me up off my arse.

I'm sure it feels a lot more pretty and romantic than it looks, but it's the best part of my day, regardless.

I wish I could pee when my body wakes me up in the middle of the night to do so.
I wish I could poop without clogging up the toilet like I used to be able to do.
I wish I could drink alcohol like I used to. I developed an alcohol intolerance so I had to quit drinking.

I wish I could still ride a horse, I do miss that and watching a video of that doesn't compare.
Well, maybe if I got and adult size rocking horse and watched it at the same time while sitting outside feeling
the wind in my face

Who is responsible for the street cleanup after the pony. Do they still have railings to tie up the pony.

Until I was 70, I was still very flexible. Went to the gym 4 -5 times a week. Then I had a year of not being able to because of medical issues. Then there was Covid and I gave up the gym.

Use it or use it is an accurate saying.

That would be wonderful if able. I live on a 2 lane highway in the country type area, no room to do that and sure not safe with the speed these drivers go and the hilly roads. Wouldn't be able to see me topping a hill for a safe distance. I would have to stable the horse also.
