If they bring back covid restrictions will you comply this time around?

In the U.K. the media is hyping Eris and pushing for mask wearing and booster shots. In the U.S. Mask wearing is being mandated again in certain places and vaccines too especially for students. Airlines are getting on board with the re-emergence of masks and mandates. Social distancing, which never went away in some places is making a comeback.

If govts. and businesses collude once again to enforce masks and even lockdowns will you comply again? Why?

No. If masks and booster shots worked in the first place we would not be having this conversation.
 

I didn't comply the first time around except while masks were required at my grocery store and Dr's office.

My son & his wife took their European vacation when masks were required on flights. My DIL has health issues, so she had a hard time having to wear her mask through the long flight. They spent their first day just relaxing in the motel, having their meals delivered, etc, so she could recover.

They plan these vacations far in advance, so when it came close to go-time, they wrestled with the idea of cancelling. They're glad they didn't, but they hated wasting that first day, and even worried at one point that she might need to go to a hospital.
 
I did not have to make some of the difficult decisions some of you had to make. No job to consider. No kids in school. But my grown son (age 53) had to make the most difficult decision of his life. Pre-vaccine he was in great pain with what turned out to be internal bleeding.

We were ready to leave for the ER when I called them to check on procedure. They said you must drop hm at the door and no visitation. He said he didn't want to die alone, and he wasn't going.

The next day I made an appointment with a visiting service thar was supposed to replicate the ER. They told me to make appointments with a couple of specialists. He died three days later. There are so many unbelievably sad stories.

I don't have any answers. I chose to get the vaccinations and boosters.
 
I will do, what I have to, to stay safe and well.
The frequent hand washing thing, I’ve actually never stopped…..and now being in a apartment complex…..I still take special care…..it’s just seems to be a now a days norm…..if masks come in place, that’s fine, I will comply.
All my vaccinations and boosters are up to date……I know they don’t stop you from the virus……but…..possibly less severe.
I’m going to check if there’s any new boosters and, or, shots needed.

I am so sincerely sorry for your loss, must have been and still is so devastating.
May he continue to Rest In Peace.

That's true and probably a fact we will not be able to prove though I will do my damnest in my spare moments to try. At this point, those who continue to comply are endangering the rest of us. Our freedom and whole way of life is at stake here. That's what's on the sacrificial alter.
 
It was the mishandling of the communication about Covid that divided people on whether or not to get the vaccine.

They were threatening our entire way of life here in the US. Was that really necessary?

Then from Jan 1st 2022 and onward, the whole tone changed. What seemed like overnight, the threat was diminished.
