If you had the power to change people, what traits would get rid and what traits instill in them?

It would be nice if all of us shared the same reality. On the surface, that doesn't seem like it's too much to ask. Unless someone is schizophrenic or suffering from other mental illness that's the source of their delusions, we should all share the same facts. But in the 21st century, some people seem to believe that they're entitled to their own facts, or "alternative" facts, as they have been called.
somewhere in time we broke from mutuality and started striving to compete.
we flourished with abandon with this as a basis to our development but this drive to overcome may be our downfall. this seems to have happened before... maybe it's part of the natural cycle? maybe we'll never learn?

the maladjusted and other-minded individuals do have prescious insights to impart to us. if this were to be possible, we would have to be that change. maybe i'm just crazy, dismiss me as a fool, but i see that it's a real possibility to evolve.

Why do some people, when given the power or perceived power, have the ability to treat others like absolute sh**? Been on the receiving end of that too much. Had an episode last week at work like that. POS yelling at me over the phone, abuse and threats.

Imagine having the power to change people to your expectations, would that be ethical? What is someone is prone to murder and violence, would that be ethical? What if you could change someone's life for the better, would that be right? What if you could prevent eminent danger, would change someone's life so they may have a better life?

Would you interfere with the natural course of life because you have the power to do so?

Empathy. True, selfless empathy. We all have opinions, beliefs, and certainties. But thinking of others, different circumstances, different experiences, that's difficult. Empathy.

First, life wouldn't be what it is without variety. Then if I found myself with these powers, I would be extremely wary that I was in some kind of Twilight Zone episode. The main character in these shows always have a bad ending.
