If you decide on the chili, you might consider adding cornbread croutons. I made some Pumpkin Chili today and toasted 1-inch cornbread cubes (the cornbread was from the supermarket's bakery) for 10 minutes in a 400-degree oven. Yum!
Wow. I had no idea there even was such a thing as pumpkin chili or cornbread croutons. I swear, being around veterans in the kitchen is like a whole new world to me. If not, this time, I will definitely file this away for future because I love chili and cornbread, so I can't imagine not enjoying a fusion of both together. Thank you.

Last year I made this chili with Mummy Garlic Bread. Mine didn't look very good, but they were very, very simple to make.

Whatever you decide research before just making it. Be careful of some foods that require refrigeration like food made with eggs.

Key Lime Pie is stupid easy, very quick to prepare, travels well, and it's tasty. Add some whipped cream and shave some lime zest on it and you're done! Better make at least 1!
I haven't had key lime pie in quite a while, but if it's stupid easy to make, that's my kind of recipe. I will check it out.
