Has looking into your types of food you eat to treat some of the exacerbation? Many times there is a food cause.
Mine is wheat/rice/starch products.
After living through my 40s (stopped smoking), 50s (cut out nuts, chocolate, sodas-both types, milk and cane/artificial sugars) and most of my early 60’s still in constant bowel and some joint pain. I researched and started cutting out wheat and rice things out of my diet and have found the elevation of much of my pain diminished or gone. Now, I’m not in my 70’s yet (just leaning hard on it

) but so far so good. I also found walking/movement helps too.
