India has been trying to get power to it's citizens, do it green and become self sufficient. And the American solar power industry lobby is crying and "appealing" to the World Trade Organization(WTO). I don't know which is worse-the US industry basically demanding or feeling entitled to do business in India or one of these "trade" organizations/treaties telling the home country their domestic practices are no good.

The big lesson here is that this is yet another example of the danger of these trade treaties and organizations over riding or superseding domestic law and policy.
