Interesting "conformity" experiment in an elevator

You see I wouldn't have turned... I really wouldn't have...

if I knew in that lift that the exit door was facing me, and everyone else turned I would have stayed where I was...

I do thik however that was a poor experiment.. because in a lift.. very often you can get in one door and the exit is the opposit door.. so it would be easy to believe that if you'd never use dthat particualr lift before ....
 
Knowing the door was in front of me I would not have turned. I may said "weird" or "awkward" just to acknowledge it but that's about it.
