Hollydolly: I was thinking the same thing. My son asked me to go with him to see some exhibition homes as he wants to put up an extra floor above his home. The homes were beautiful, and one had a black staircase, as I was coming down slowly, I missed one step as I had on black shoes and couldn't see the stair because it didn't have a tread of a different colour on it. Luckily, he was in front of me and blocked my fall. Otherwise, I would have gone A over T.

thank goodness your son was in front.. but yes absolutely , some of those homes are like clothes on the catwalk..lovely to look at but not practical to live in
