Is it time for 60s rock stars to pack it in?

I think some of the old rock stars that still perform are great. Some like Mick Jagger still have the energy to jump around on stage. The old rock stars will be missed when no longer with us but not forgotten by many generations.

I saw her in concert twice. But both times were in the 1980's, so she was just in her 40's at the time.
yes and that video I posted was in feb this year so, she's 81 and still singing in tune..which tbh.. is where the singers start to lose it.. Paul McCartney sounds terrible live.. he's lost it, but no-one will tell him, same with Barry Gibb...

I’m seeing Graham Nash and Justin Hayward in the Autumn…So no :)
Suzi Quatro isn’t quite as old as those two but she has already announced a tour next year.
She was brilliant when I saw her last Autumn when she was 74.
And I saw the Swinging Blue Jeans a couple of years ago.
Only one original member ,who is deceased, missing.
They were pretty good too.

My co-workers and I have this ongoing discussion of are they doing it for love of performing or running out / bad handling of money. What version of a band is it? how many original members.... and sadly ticket refunds as these can be cancelled at any moment.
I attended a few of a farewell tour but when they keep doing a new farewell tour. takes away from it
i agree some can still deliver saw a couple of farewell tours that were good have heard of many more that were just sad.
