have junk food. Rest when you are tired, pace and ride an exercise bike when awake. If you have a bicycle
or power chair, store them indoor.
If you need entertainment walk / bike to your neighborhood park or Bike trail. Duck, Squirrel, Pidgeon watching,
Count the Jets flying overhead, Jet fighters whistle and roar loudly. Watch for Deer strikes by 18 Wheelers if
you live near I-state with woods near. If in a City watch accidents start.
Some of the best stuff is free. You got plenty of time to get tired and nap a lot. It didn't cost you a dime when
growing up young, why should it be expensive to grow up an elder.
Time spent behind bars, good food, warm clothes, free health and great, silent company. The worse you age
