but as I understand things, black bears do live in AZ and at that height.
Also, the length sounds right and the general features that I can make out do too.
Looks like a bear to me...right size, any other prints around, broken crap?Took this yesterday at about 7,000 feet in Northern Arizona.
Probably 7-8 inches long.
The obvious heel and overall shape make me think it's from the rear foot of a bear.
Am I out of my mind?
