Is this legit or a scam?

By the looks of it, they're pushing Medicare Advantage "giveback" Plans. It's a "Mail Piece" as it's known in the junk mail industry. Also, a bit deceptive, as it's designed to resemble an official document, meant to fool you into opening it and getting you to respond. Essentially, these plans pay back some or all of the monthly premium you'd otherwise pay for Medicare Part B, which is typically deducted from your Social Security benefits.

I just ignore any mails when I can't identify the sender. There is a reason why they hide their identity (or make it vague).

Seniors need not respond to fishing. …:coffee:
Most all understand that fishing is a waste of time,
but if you starving hungry ya still need to buy the license.

Not sure if it was the same company, but some company was driving me crazy with constant spam calls, nearly every day, with an offer to "reduce my Medicare costs." I finally learned how to block a phone number and put an end to it.

That was when I had a land line. I eventually got rid of that too, and my life became a lot easier and more peaceful. With an iphone, you can tell your phone not to ring unless you have that number listed as one of your "contacts." If it's on the level, they will leave a message.

I control absolutely all my calls on landline and mobile. Only my doctor, landlord and buddy call get through on landline. That way when it rings I pretty know who it is. Mobile is just for contacts mainly and service calls.
