What we need is common sense in this world. If people learn to work together instead of constantly butting heads on every single thing that comes around the corner there could be a lot more done in this world. Thanks for the welcome.

I do hope so. My husband and I have one hurdle jumped over and that is Spawn #1 is out of the house and on her one. Spawn #2 just graduated from college and is still living with us. So we have to wait for her to get out. :) Then probably wait till we both retire.

As for myself, my name is Jeannie and I am also a Teacher and work as a High School Family & Consumer Science Teacher and also a Drama Teacher. I also direct the yearly Musical.

I love spending time with my family, going out to pubs with my husband in my spare time and just having an all around good time.

You might be one of the youngest people in here. You may end up depressed in a month after reading all the downer posts. You can't come in expecting to get away from the worst news on the internet. Reposting bad news is considered essential.

I don't expect to come on here and magically all the bad news will go poof. That is ridiculous to think in that manner. Hell, there is no escape from any sort of news since all you have to do is pick up your phone and go to the first Google page and it is all plastered on there with up to the minute stuff. I am not looking to escape anything at all. I am just tired of the way certain Social Media is being handled lately so I am trying something new. I don't feel there is anything wrong with that.
