Yes, I will give polite complaints when due. The other day I unsubscribed from a streaming tv app and they asked why. I told them they didn't enlarge the closed captioning like I requested 6 mos. earlier and then told them goodbye. They sent me an email for $10.00 off if I decide to resume with them in the future and told me how to find out if they fulfill my request in the future.
I have voiced my unhappiness with many services in the past and almost always have gotten good feedback and money off on things or a free month of something.

And I often thank them when the issue has been resolved.
