Not a stupid question at all, champagne tea like it's early morning counterpart, the champagne breakfast, is a luxurious, festive like meal that combines traditional foods with a serving of champagne or sparkling wine. It's a celebratory occasion, often enjoyed on holidays, birthdays, or as part of a special outing, but can also simply be a way to indulge in an elevated experience. The effervescence and acidity of the sparkling wine enhance the flavours of the food, making the entire meal feel more special and sophisticated.I have a stupid question...is that champagne and why would a tea house serve that?
The way to enjoy the wine is to just take a few sips, it's as much about a visual pleasure as it is the indulgence. That Ritz tea I shared with my lady was simply a thank you and an I love you, hope that explains it.
