Just ate the first figs off our tree.

Had 3 of them and they were delicious. Can't wait for next year when the banana trees mature.

We had a fig tree growing up in California. I loved them. Also Prunes. Fresh, ripe prunes are delicious and nothing like dried prunes.

We have already put up 14 pints of fig filling, give away several gallon bags, with a couple in the fridge, and picking more every other day.

I would love a fig bush but no room and I don't need anything else to take care of. Luckily, people are glad to share!

I was going to ask, how many did you eat and did you move some vowels. Unfortunately you stated how many figs you ate which would have spoiled the punchline. i hope my honest effort to render a smile upon your face was not in vain.
