Hello,

Someone in my life suggested I try a forum and after a bit of searching, this one sounded like it might be a fit. Figuring out what threads there are at the moment and more about it.

I love to cook and am a bit of a foodie. I would not call myself a gourmet type though really.

I love to garden but unfortunately live somewhere right now that I can't really have one. I miss it. It was a huge hobby of mine and I considered myself pretty good at it. It is still an interest though.

I dabble in crime online and travel and food videos. I've traveled a fair amount in my adult life but not too much internationally, just MX and CN.

I consider myself pretty easygoing, don't like drama, and really may find many a thread interests me, don't have a lot of time tonight but over the coming weeks hope to check it out a lot more.

Wow I am overwhelmed at the welcomes! Never expected such. And from so many areas. I'd like to have responded personally to all but there are so many. And even wanted to hit a laugh to some instead of a hug because I saw the humor but for now, just hitting the hug button.

Just since last night and now, I see a wide variety of states and quite a few from the UK etc. here. Canada. And I've only had a little time to look around so far.

So far I'm really liking it. Food, travel, right up my alley so tried a few of those threads.
