On on a flight from Las Vegas to Miami, we had a fellow having a heart attack and another younger fellow having an attack of appendicitis. Luckily, we had three doctors onboard going home from a large convention type of meetings in Vegas. All three advised that we land ASAP. We had a choice of returning to Las Vegas or going onto Dallas. The company made the decision to go to Dallas. We deplaned the ill passengers in Dallas and went on to Miami. Lots of excitement.
