And that would be part of the reason for those Emergency Cut-Off buttons. Tho MythBusters experiments with this showed even spilled gas does not ignite as quickly/easily as movies would have us think sometimes fumes can and then the 'explosion' ignites the liquid gas.

Paco Dennis, Yeah we've watched a lot of their stuff at our house. Not for a while, but i remember that one cause for most part seemed it would be totally busted then one set up did catch.
