Just wondering what's causing salmonella outbreak

If anyone knows what is causing this outbreak of recalled food due to salmonella?
Seems everyday there's a new one,this week alone,ritz bits and goldfish...
I use a firestick for TV now so Im not keeping up with national news.

You should make your thread title more descriptive. "Just wondering" could be about anything and invite people to click on something they may or may not be interested in.

According to the news, its the whey that is used in the product. I just bought a new box of Ritz and was glad to see that it was not on the list to be recalled.

Well, you're not doing too bad at keeping up....you're aware of it...:)

I just ate a hand full or two of Goldfish last night...I'm not dead...so i guess that bag wasn't on the list....:)

I did not hear about a 'batch-number' list, like I have concerning other recalls.

I sometimes wonder if some of these things are not initiated by the competition ?
 
Our local tv station's website has a list of products, sizes,etc of all the recalls. The expiration dates and upc codes. Y'all might check your local channel 's sites. Just glad my new box of Ritz is not included.
