They're at it again, first it was thanking me for my payment to McAfee antivirus, kind of a joke since I don't even use Windows. But, had to double check my accounts, not a bad idea anyway. This morning I got a payment "thank you", this time for a 2 year subscription to Norton...$300. Ha, that's a lot of money for a bunch of bogus software, back in the early 2000s when I did use Windows I'd pay 18-20 dollars for Norton antivirus.
I don't quite know how the scammer operates, there is no clickable link in the email, just an attached .PDF file. Gmail scanned it with their malware detection system. Just a phone number for "customer service"...
