At first glance it seems cute BUT it would not have been cute should the peacock attack the kitten and poke with it's long beak.

You could see the frustration, probably the cat owners have been feeding the peacock prior to this in hopes of making this video and the bird wanted it's food but was being kept from it.

Thats exactly what I was thinking too,that kitten cound have had both eyes pucked out.
