Try plain old psyllium husks, much cheaper than the name brand fiber products.

I don't use brand name normally. I can get a big jug of the walmart brand for less. I'll look at the husks though. Thank you.

@Aunt Bea, I just looked and the walmart brand is $12.50ish for a pound. Lol!

Geez, at work anymore they're either writing us up for everything or threatening to write us up. Not a very fun work environment anymore. It's starting to make me kinda mad. I don't like people who use scare tactics because they lack leadership skills.
