We have a Greek church that does their fund raiser once a year. All of their food is unbelievable, especially their pastries.

I did find a recipe for a Greek meatloaf. It's simple & I make it the night before so it can sit & the flavors can blend. Then I slice is thinly & brown it in the skillet. It freezes well so we can some later. Aldis has good tzatziki sauce & I buy their Naan bread to go with it.

That sounds delicious; I love tzatziki sauce.

It's not easy. I have listened to this one guy screaming every 5 seconds for 2 hours now. Three to go.
