A Quiet American
Trying to build more hydration into my daily routine. It’s not always easy: a Starbucks on every corner, offering flavorful “liquid ambition,”— and the tendency to feel queasy if I drink a lot of water at one time. But my muscles and joints feel better when I hydrate. So I’m trying to drink more H2O first thing in the AM and intentionally reach fir the water before the coffee or tea.
