This is my reaction to this cartoon. "It feels like it has been made by a new AI cartoon maker of current affairs! It has weird hands, especially thumbs, and the caption is weirdly related to the health insurance scandal. But it feels like corruption direct not indirect., or something like that.". But the AI cartoon is a first for me. I DO think they are making them today. I will go look and see if I can find one. :)
