I’m going off topic here. I‘m surprised they inspect a condo that you own.But we're not supposed to have washers here and I got tired of hiding it when they came to inspect, so I sold it to a co-worker.

I live in a co-op Jules, not a condo. We say we own our units, but technically we own shares in the cooperative. In 1971, when I first moved in, the agent who showed me the apartment and took my check never made it clear that I was buying a share in a co-op. I thought I was just giving a security deposit and renting until years later management handed out our stockholder certificates. Back then, some owners (and/or subletters) were receiving Section 8, which was under the jurisdiction of Housing Urban Development (HUD). One of the stipulations was that HUD be allowed to conduct inspections once a year. Several years ago, due to the mishandling of a situation by our crazy board president, HUD pulled out and we haven't had inspections since.I’m going off topic here.
