End of several wars, since ove been alive.
Just a few of many.

Went to college and graduated with honors.
Married Dave.
Stayed married to Dave.
Had a baby girl who grew up to be a successful, wonderful woman.
Was able to afford an orthodontist for my daughter, who has beautiful teeth.
Taught school. My students made as much of an impact on me, as I them.
Traveled more widely than I had ever dreamed of.
Learned to freakin' scuba dive!
Enjoyed the company of a wide variety of dogs, all with their own personalities.
Two wonderful grandkids, who are better looking and smarter than I ever was.
Survived the Covid so far! LOL!
And so much more. I am blessed beyond measure, but I also worked my arse off for a lot of it.

Overcame a nasty divorce and became a nurse in my forties
Took the opportunity to do travel nursing and have worked in several states
proud of my kids.... one daughter is a veterinarian, another an RN, oldest son works in IT
Grateful for God’s love, the blessings of good health and love of family

I’ve been lucky enough to be owned by the most loyal and loving companions - our dogs
I’ve shared love with others
I’ve been blessed with extra creativity
I’m healthy and enjoy where we live

I have been fortunate enough to have had:

• Relatively good health thus far
• Relatively good eyesight and hearing
• Only been affected by rare incidents of minor crimes
• No experience or fear of adverse financial conditions
• No experience with overall lack of food
• No experience of concern about where I will be living or could live
• No deaths in my immediate family
• Several loving relationships
• An excellent education system and the resources to continue my education beyond high school including being able to spend 7 years on college so that I could learn things beyond my major instruction
• Many wonderful people in my life that I've been able to share times and experiences with
• Many opportunities to explore other places and to travel more than many people
• Chances to experience things that many people never had the opportunity to experience
• People who helped me get to a life and lifestyle where I understand and experience peace and serenity on a regular basis
