Did you turn on your hearing aid?Noises? … living in my apartment is like living in a bunker !!! .. no outside noises .. even on my top floor.
If there is a large thunderstorm in the area, I do hear the booms rattling around, otherwise nothing.
I don’t know if this is a good or bad thing.
Last year’s Hurricane Beryl came directly at us, and the high winds did damage just outside my patio, and around the buildings, but the lack of hearing the noise level of the wind inside, made me unaware of the severity of the storm when it was happening.
This was a legitimate concern for me for a few weeks back when I kids were in college.My bugaboo is the voices i hear inside my head at nite....dang
stuff is annoying...
