What a sweet dog. My first dog was a Beagle. Lived to be 16.

He is a sweetheart so easygoing. My Sophie can cover several miles at warp speed...Ol' Rocky just chugs along sniffing everything. We bonded, I'll ask hubby to ask his Daddy if we can come by and walk him from time to time.

If it wasn't for my Sophie's tendency to attack other dogs I would have let him sleep over. Callie is welcome to other canines of any gender. Poor baby would make such a sad face when I left.

That's something interesting about him too. At the dog park the do the baying of the hounds. You can hear them for miles, it's what they were bred to do. Even my pups, Sophie is AmStaff but her bark carries as well. I never heard Rocky make a sound even when I came to the door. I'd open it and he'd be doing his happy dance but no barking. He'd chuff smelling things but that was the only sound he made.
