Looking for exercise comparisons

I am looking to compare my exercise routines with other people, particularly anyone in the 70+ age range.
I have worked out in gyms for most of my adult life, but not to a high level. I've never looked to be a power lifter or body builder. Nobody would describe me as 'buff' or 'ripped'. I have a Golds Gym cable and weight home apparatus, which I have owned since the mid 90's. I had a Schwinn Airdyne exercise bike I bought used about 6 years ago, that finally broke about a year ago when I replaced it with a Schwinn IC4 bike.

That's the equipment I use. The routines I have developed for myself are as follows:-

Arm curls 20lbs x 10 reps
Situps 15 reps
Chest press 130lbs x 10 reps
Leg press 200lbs x 15 reps
Lat pull 90lbs x 10 reps
Leg extend 90lbs x 15 reps
Pec 28lbs x 10 reps
Leg curl 40lbs x 15 reps
Sidebends 60lbs x 15 reps
Triceps 60lbs x 10 reps

This is one set, I perform two sets of this routine every Thursday and Saturday.

I have three different routines I perform on the IC4, each is preceded by a gradual warm up and followed by a gradual recovery/cool down phase. On Monday it's an interval routine:-

One minute at level 28 @ 21mph followed by two minutes at level 21 @ 18mph. 6 cycles of this finishing with a seventh high level minute.

On Wednesday, it's a steady state routine:-

Level 25 @ 21mph for 20 minutes.

On Friday, it's another steady state routine, same as Wednesday but for 30 minutes.
I don't know how these routines would compare to other brands of exercise bike, maybe A.I. could help with that.
I log my total calories burned for each day and also my heart rate at various points of the recovery phase. A.I. helps with analysis of that.

I am interested to hear from other people, particularly any 70+, I am 72, who exercise regularly. Also anyone who uses an exercise bike in a similar manner.

Welcome! I am in awe of you!

I'm not there yet, but I'm 68 and work out at the gym 5 days a week. I typically take weekends off to let the muscles repair. I only use machines. I work out upper body every other day, with 120 lbs on chest, 100 lbs on shoulders and 80 lbs on traps. I switch to arms and legs every other day, with 90 lbs on bicep curls, 100 lbs on triceps and 160 lbs on legs.

I don't use an exercise bike. I either spend 30 minutes on the elliptical or the treadmill.

I'm not "buff" in any sense of the word, but I still have muscle tone that allows me to have strength and maintain my mobility.

I'm doing more whats known as functional training - full body, core, and balance. These are 2 random workouts. Each group of 3 is repeated 3 times, and they there's usually a "finisher" at the end, that leaves me gasping.

These are kind of coded names so probably not going to be that helpful.

I exercise every other day. Walk up to 6 miles a day. Wall push ups, calf lifts, walking backwards, squat thrusts. All of them around 30 reps. I use heavy things around me for weights. I don't see the need to pay to get in shape. Nature is full of stuff.
