Me too; I love the Spring Equinox. Peanut butter bird feeders, planting herbs, peppers (no one will eat) and tomatoes in pots and hopefully, keeping my little lemon tree alive for another season (we're on the east coast).

Well, I am a fun loving person. Having CPTSD doesn't make me want to be unhappy, quite the opposite. That's why I'm trying so hard to find something that will unlock this anxiety enough for me to relax, create, engage and enjoy more.

Nothing new to look forward to. Doesn't rule out something fun & unexpected to do. But I've done pretty much everything I ever wanted to do. Seeing my face in the mirror tomorrow is about as forward looking as it gets for now.

I feel ya, @Pepper ! In the past two weeks I've been up one day, down the next so much that I'm starting to feel like a ping pong ball. Yesterday was the pits again, today was fine. Go figure. Determined to make tomorrow another "fine" day in spite of the expected high winds and sNOw (in the South!).

They usually have strains catering to anxiety.

Looking forward to going to a cheese workshop up in the foothills.
It's a 4 hr class teaching us how to make mozz, chevre, and ricotta.

It's also a goat farm w/ a lot of products made from the goats. ^^^
Should be fun.

Yes, I'm working very closley with a specific bud tender and my medical psychiatric professional. I am extremely sensitive to meds (and marijuana) so we have to get down to cutting out / adding in certain terpenes and cannabinoids, etc. I am keeping careful records so my tender can zero in on what's working and what isn't.
