Sometimes I have lucid dreams, and part of me is aware that I am dreaming. For instance, I have noticed that numbers and letters mean nothing to me in a dream, and when I am looking at something with words on it, and can't read it; then part of me says to myself that it because "this a dream and you can't read letters in a dream", and then I kind of say OK back, and go on with the dream.
I really have not been able to try and change the dream, but I don't usually have bad dreams; so I just kind of go along with the dream.
I have listened to some subliminal suggestions about lucid dreaming, and that seems to help, too. I probably should do that more, and see if I can alter my dreams like you can SeaBreeze. Maybe they would get even better, then !
I take melatonin at night, and I think it has made me sleep better and my dreams seem to be more vivid, too.
