I love all kinds of music so it would take me forever to write them all. So here are just a few.
Running Scared ~Roy Orbison
I want you I need you I love you ~Elvis
Misty ~Johnny Mathis
The Wonder of you ~Elvis

Not possible. Everything from big band to disco, mellow 80's blue grass, old country, zydeco, & pop all memorable for one reason or the other.

I'll post some of my favorite albums of all time instead of greatest hits since I was more into album rock when I used to listen to music regularly. These are just in the order that they popped into my head...

Abraxas - Santana
White Album - The Beatles
Kind of Blue - Miles Davis
Live at Fillmore East - Allman Brothers Band
Dark Side of the Moon / Wish You Were Here / Animals - Pink Floyd
Cosmos Factory - Creedence Clearwater Revival
Aqualung - Jethro Tull
Led Zeppelin's first four albums
Working Man's Dead / Live in Europe 1972- Grateful Dead
Blood on the Tracks / Nashville Skyline - Bob Dylan
The Doors first album / LA Woman - The Doors
Exile on Main Street - Rolling Stones

I'm probably missing a few since they're all from the '60s and '70s. I don't listen to music much any more, other than an occasional concert video on YouTube.

Great list.
"Revolver"-Beatles would be my Beatles pick though anything from "Rubber Soul" to "The White Album" is great)
Love Miles Davis. Prefer his "Beautiful Ballads and Love Songs" release"
The first 2 studio albums from The Allman Brothers are classic (shorter versions of their best songs)
Pink Floyd is great from the beginning (Syd Barrett) to the end with David Gilmour.

“WhatA Wonderful World”, Louis Armstrong

Elvis songs:
Suspicious Minds
If I Can Dream
Always On My Mind
Wonder Of You
Something
Unchained Melody

”I Don’t Want To Talk About It, Rod Stewart
”I fooled Around And Fell In Love.”, Rod Stewart
”Amarillo By Morning’, George Strait
”Hit The Road, Jack”, Ray Charles
”Rhinestone Cowboy”, Glen Campbell

I have lot’s more on my Playlist, but this is the best of the best.
