Moviequeen, does your PT include ultrasound and lazer, curious as after an injury I did give months of therapy which did sort of help.

Well, that was the best sleep I've had for some time now... Hopefully, I will get two nights in a row...

I got some wonderful news yesterday... Going to be a Gumpy again... Our young Lady is pregnant again... I'm hoping for a girl this time around... But deep down, just a healthy Baby...

Other than that news, I have really nothing else to share...

When I went on my early walk at 6:40,it was 33,no winds refreshing.I no longer have to wear my yellow reflector vest since its getting lighter out now.Another day of not wearing boots
This morning I'll be walking 6 blocks to my church,its my volunteer morning doing my weekly computer tasks
After lunch&nap,take a walk around the block or do loops around my apt building

Yesterday, our dishwasher just quit while filling with water. Kapoot....can't get a serviceman til next week. Back to washing by hand again...I dry.

Slow day for me, or at least it's going slow. My computer's monitor was giving me problems today..I don't know what happened but it went to sleep and I kept turning it back on manually and it kept going back to sleep. So after jiggling all the wires around for awhile and it not doing anything different I shut off the computer and turned it back on. It took awhile for it to display but it's on and working now.

I just hope this isn't the beginning of more problems with it and or the computer. I do have another monitor in the closet but not as big yet it's an okay size.

Other than that life is "normal" here :ROFLMAO: 🤞 🌻
 
The sun is shining here today, also; but the wind is cold. Next week is supposed to be at least in the 60’s all week.......yea ! !
Tuesday, I got the all-clear from my heart doctor that I can go back to the fitness center and swim again because the pacemaker is healed up well enough now for that.
I have gone the last two days, and looking forward to my hour of swimming every day again. I walked my 2 miles yesterday, and before long , I should be getting back into the pre-pacemaker physical condition.

How are we doing Kids? Another fast week... gotta figure a way to slow the time down just a bit...

Not a lot to report... Prett slow day yesterday, after just complaining how fast time is going... What I mean though, it didn't do a h*ll of a lot...

Been keeping an eye on the basement for water, but none yet... Thank You, Lord!!

When I went on my early walk this morning around 6:50,sidewalks were clear&dry
At 8:30,looked out the window,it was snow/rain mix,alas I had to put boots on.A'spur of the moment' idea,took bus&went to Target for couple of items,walked across the way to Office Depot{have an acct there} bought some pens
This afternoon after lunch&nap,walked over to my friend's Marcia&Dave's house,dropped off David Brooks column in today's NYT,then walked to 7/11 bought some OJ
 
Great day yesterday, chance meeting and made a new friend I think, did my errands, spent more than I intended at Costco, and had a blast trying to stuff a big plant in the back seat....yessss I bought toilet paper at Costco. big plant, big toilet paper, it was not easy.

Laundry today early so I can paint some trim moulding later.

Another coffee first with home made sausage Mc muffin and watch MacGyver which I have taped.

Well, it's Sunday, The day I have to round up all the garbage, and drive it down to the road...

Didn't do much yesterday, we had a wind-down day... Not sure what is on tap for today...

But I should know by tomorrow, what is on for today...

Good Morning... I think...

I woke up an hour ago, with severe pain in my left side of my chest, and shoulder, and stomach, and hurt to take a breath... I rolled over to my right side and had to take slow deep breaths for about 20 minutes before I got up... I know what it could be, but it could be gas pains too... If it persists... I promise to go and see the doctor...

You know... (and I won't start again) since I quit smoking I have been having all these strange health probs... Every now I think, maybe if I have smoked it will all go away... I'm not starting to smoke again...

Well onto better things, we went out for a drive yesterday, stopped at a few stores to get ideas for the Grandson's Birthday at the end of the month... Also looking for a T-shirt for him that says... Going to be a Big Brother...
