This first story caught my eye in one of my multi-news threads. That he was considered smarter than Einstein, Bill Gates and Stephen Hawking by age 11 is amazing to say the least. And he seems like just a nice, normal boy otherwise.

I am happy to see Gregory Smith included in this next article. I'd seen this child on Oprah when he was about 10 and was blown away by his brilliance, his maturity and remember hoping he'd run for president one day. LOL :D So many of our young people get a bad rap today but there are many brilliant, talented, nice young people in the world. Although sadly, #3 on the list passed away at age 16 the others are to be celebrated.

Absolutely amazing, all of them, especially No. 1, whose achievements beggar belief! 🎓 .

At my school there was a guy called Bradshaw, who went to college earlier than his age group, and was asked by the college to lecture there straight away when he qualified. I was impressed by that, and of course he had to have the maturity, along with everything else, in order to teach others.

One word of caution I seem to remember from documentaries about extremely gifted children many years ago, some didn't have happy adult lives, and they felt to an extent, being a genius can be a burden. .o_O:)

The world needs these young people to excel and help shape the future of the world.

I had a second cousin that fell under that category. I was too young to remember the details, but knew he excelled beyond the norm in knowledge academically, with a very high IQ. But he had a hard time with everyday life, and people in general.
