When everybody on earth was dead and waiting to enter Heaven, God
appeared and said, "I want the men to make two lines: One line for the
men who were true heads of their household, and the other line for the
men who were dominated by their women. I want all the women to report to St. Peter."

Soon, the women were gone, and there were two lines of men. The line
of the men who were dominated by their wives was 100 miles long, and
in the line of men who truly were heads of their household, there was only one man.

God said to the long line, "You men should be ashamed of yourselves; I
created you to be the head of your household! You have been
disobedient and have not fulfilled your purpose! Of all of you, only
one obeyed. Learn from him."

God turned to Frank, "How did you manage to be the only one in
this line?"

Frank replied, "My wife told me to stand here."

Makes perfect sense to me. I am with Bill Cosby on this one. He once said, "I have seen the boss's job (talking about who runs things in the home) and I don't want it." I am glad that my wife is willing to make all of the decisions, except on large purchases, which we decide together.

Taoist philosophy claims that the world is based upon the Yin/Yang Theory, with both sides being equal, yet the Yin dominates.

I think that probably applies to every country in the world, and if there is alien life out there in the cosmos then probably there as well.

Partly.

Since the dawn of mankind (oops, there you go - right there - MANkind!) it has been primarily the male of the species that feels the need for overt signs of aggression and dominance. This has led to innumerable conflicts, based upon the decisions of males. Their instinctual path is action, not analysis.

Women, on the other hand, tend more toward seeking mutually beneficial solutions, those NOT based upon warfare. They are also instinctively maternal and seek to preserve life, not end it. This also would carry over into such fields as economics and medical care.

Of course, as Robin Williams once said, once a month there would be some intense negotiations, but ...
