Mother Had Two Toddlers Chained Up in Yard Like Dogs

These people are sick! A mother in Texas had a two and three year old chained up in the yard like dogs. One was tied to a ground stake and the other to the door on a dog leash. A neighbor heard one of the kids crying and reported them. The mother was arrested and kids taken away. I can't understand how cruel some people can be, I don't even tie my dog up in the yard. Toddlers that young shouldn't be out there alone at all unattended.

It's makes you shake your head ,doesn't it :shrug: We had a shocking case of neglect of several children in Adelaide ,some of the poor children were made to stand on their tippy toes for hours,they were also starved ,beaten ,covered in sores ....purely because some of them had the same father ,but different mothers ,they we're all living in a tiny housing commission home.. Some of the little children were sleeping in cars ..the people involved received lengthy prison terms

I've been reading that recent studies are showing that actual brain damage happens to children who are spanked so I can only imagine what this kind of abuse does to children! Poor, dear little kids! Heart breaking to think of them and the millions of others like them who get the rawest deals in life!
