In asnwer to your question Sunny..it definitely is... it's on almost constant repeat here on one channel or another....

off topic for a second... did you know Stephanie Cole was only 48 years old when she played Diana Trent in Waiting for God... hence the high pitch voice which she hoped would make her sound elderly.. she was born near the end of 1941.. and WFG aired in 1990... she's always played character actresses because of looking older than her age

I remember watching Waiting For God, years ago, well maybe somewhere between 10-15 years ago on PBS here in the states. If memory serves wasn't she also in Doc Martin for awhile playing Doc's aunt?

I don't know if she was in Doc Martin. I never watched it... but she played smallish parts in most shows... except WFG and Tenco...where she was one of the lead characters

The show started here in 1990... 35 years ago..and it's pretty much been on a rolling repeat ever since...

I don't know if any of you have ever watched One foot in the grave... ..if you have, you'll recognise his long suffering next door neighbour Pippa, as the same actress who played the timid dopey Jane in Waiting or God.. Janine Duvitski
