After all the negative forums I decided to look around and here I am. My story is long (of course). I had the best job on earth. I married three good women. For various reasons we are not together. I blame #2. But of course I it was all on me........ WE all still talk and the supported me through my surgery. I had surgery in Oct and my life is now totally different. I am incontinent from prostate surgery and its driving me crazy. I do my PT each day but a UTI set me back it seems. I feel like if I could just get my control back it would all be fine...........

I live in North Fla in a very small town. About 15 miles north of Gainesville Fla. I am the vice mayor of this little town. Do not aspire for the big job. So far this place seems really friendly and kind.

I see no PM button. Im not a stalker but am a talker. I like to chat one on one occasionally or give folks an attaboy at times but that's usually on a political forum. I DO NOT want to talk politics in here. I guess the quote button allows me to speak to people easily

you cannot Pm anyone until you've made a certain amount of posts and or been a member for a certain period of time.

Hi Steve, Welcome to the Seniors Forum. I know what you are going through. My husband was incontinent with his
prostate problems and had to wear a catheter. He learned to live with it and it never stopped him from enjoying his life. Hang in there.

Ah, then you're around 70 miles from my favorite place on the whole entire planet... St. Augustine. Love, love, love that town! Welcome, Steve. I hope you'll enjoy your time with us. Looking forward to your posts. Coffee? :coffee: @stephenPE

St Augustine my whole life. Well, Crescent Beach and Flagler for my youngest kids. Sadly, the tourists have REALLY discovered St Augustine and its jammed all year it seems. Last time there I ate at O'Steens and Seafood Kitchen. My daughter and her husband love it and rent a big beach house two weeks in the summer and I drive over and stay some. And you mileage is good. 71.4 from my house according to google map. My son in law loves Seafood Kitchen. on south A1A almost to the single lane. Very close to the turn to Cowboys.

Welcome to the forum Steve! Keep up on the exercises - the normal recovery time is 6 mo to a year.

I also have/had prostate cancer. Had targeted radiation and my PSA has now dropped to a little over 1.
