My Social Life

After getting a amicable divorce last year, selling a home, re-locating, downsizing & living alone, my social life is not what it once was nor will it ever be, but that's OK, I have adjusted. I have made new friends, joined a couple of clubs & am staying physically active.

Sounds like you have hit all the bases and done all the right things. Good for you.

I'm about a half a year behind you, but have really fallen down in the get enough exercise department and social connections department but the latter doesn't really matter because I haven't relocated yet.

Glad to hear you're comfortably moving on with your life Lon. Good for you. My daughter who is admittedly much younger than you probably are, left her husband last year and she's doing good too. I guess it depends on your frame of mind at the time and what sort of decision you make? Does my life end with divorce or is it a new chapter?
