Narcissist, Psychopath, or Sociopath: How to Spot the Differences

Nut Jobs:

I have wondered about the ATF and their connection with Ruby Ridge, Waco.
The only rational explanation I been able to develop is an
involvement with budgetary concerns.
I view the ATF’s behavior as ‘flexing their muscles,’ to show they were a needed, viable organization, worthy of funding and expansion.

Ruby Ridge started as a case of entrapment,
You do not attempt to deal with a fanatic group or individual with force. Their response will be violence.

Randy Weaver moved his family to a remote mountain top in Idaho, with no visible means of support; a man with extreme religious and political views.
That does not trigger any alarms to proceed with caution?

David Koresh was a nut job from the get-go, did no one bother to trace his history?

(Also, Jim Jones, ‘precautionary behavior,’ to a threat perceived but not yet occurring- nothing was learned, nothing remembered?)

You do not respond to fanatics as you would a ‘normal person.’
These people are dangerous as a cobra, apparently, on one noticed.
(A difficult topic to discuss or define without mention of political environment and principals decisions.)
911:
I had no knowledge of McVeigh’s paranoia, it would explain, somewhat, his behavior. Monitoring devise in his butt! Hmmm!

In my teaching career, I had two kids that I would put in the sociopath/psychopath category. They were very different from each other, except that neither seemed to have a conscience at all. They didn't give a damn about anything but satisfying themselves in the moment. As they got older (I taught at a K - 12 school) they got creepier. Gives me the shudders to think of them.

Most people and probably all people are sociopaths to some degree...Think about it...Who here has never tried to manipulate someone or something to be in their favor?...People trying to move up the corporate latter do it all the time...People trying to move up in rank at their workplace...People who were competing against another for the affection and love of the same woman, or man...Perhaps you told small fibs or exaggerated certain things to make your competition seem less attractive, less worthy?...And in doing so improved your own chances for success...It's human nature.

Well, when talking to spouse you have to do some rapid mental gymnastics,
'have I got a chance in hell getting this lie past her radar'?
They may pretend to believe your 'big windy.' but they keep score; oh do they keep score. You can look it up.

Lady had just completed delivering food to some type of low-cost outlet.

Confronted by two thugs
1st thug, with pistol, 'gimm'ie your phone.'
lady complied
2nd thug, 'shoot her in the leg.'
1st thug complied, both ran off
victim offered no resistance, made no verbal complaint

Relative asking, 'what's wrong with these kids, what's wrong with this world'?

When in his mid-teens, my husband and a few of his buddies used to ride motorcycles on the rugged and undeveloped Spahn Ranch. It eventually became home to Charles Manson and his ragtag group. Hubby said that the guys were creepy, creepy so he and his pals found someplace else to ride their dirt bikes.
