I remember when i was a little kid, helping my mom bake Nestle Toll House chocolate cookies. I liked to eat the leftover raw batter in the bowl YUM!

When I break my diet this is the way I go. All in. I make some Chocolate Chip cookies, then put them on my CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE! Where's that vanilla ice cream?

How do you make an official national day?


A proclamation is issued by the President of the United States. An Act of Congress. This requires a legislator to propose the day and congress votes approval.
What a waste of taxpayer money and government time. Sorry to rain on your parade, but, really?
