Here in the 60's in Toronto there was a thing called a "toasted danish " which was similar to the cinnamon bun , but a bit different in terms of its shape which was oval;, not round, and it was thicker about 2 inches high, with raisans and icing on top. Sliced in half length ways, and toasted on a flat top grill, then served hot on a plate. Yummy and sticky, and filled with calories. A long ago teen age memory. JimB.

In addition to my love for Chocolate !!!!!!!
My second running yummy to eat…….are CINNAMON BUNS.
Always homemade……except if I’m near Sobeys’……they are to die for, other than my own…..but…..NO icing.
They’ve added ones with Apple now……they’re equally as good. .
Must go……on a cinnamon bun hunt.
