Had a boombox like Snoopy's ^^ years ago ... I remember taking it to the beach on weekends so often.

The only time we listen to the radio now is in our car. NPR is what we listen to. But, back in the day in 60's and early 70's it was all we had. For transistor/small ones, to stereos. We listened all day sometimes. My mom loved to do her house work listening to Patsy Cline, and all those "oldies". I can hear them too. "Leave it to the Radio" era.
