So, it's National Beach Day and also National Toasted Marshmallow Day? Well, I guess they kind of go together.

Just got the wife some vegan marshmallows, so she can join the grandkids in roasting.

I could only find them on Amazon, and they were quite expensive. I had no idea marshmallows contained gelatin, an animal product of some kind...

Brings back memories, on a clear, crisp Fall day..we (our family&friend of parents family)
spent the day at a State park and we roasted marshmallows over an open fire.
