I am bald and just shave the ridiculous ring of hair I have as prefer that look but either way I use collagen for joints as " had " arthritis in one hip .I don't know anything, Alizerine, but the caffeine may have penetrated to your blood and organs.
Maybe it could work better for you if you rinse your hair four hours before bedtime.
And temporarily keep your hair shorter for a healthier head of hair, maybe?
The collagen does make hair thicker but not like it turned me into Elvis Presley but think for women it is supposed to be way better .
A couple women in this forum take it hopefully they can add input but as far as joints I do love it .
You can certainly get it via food but I eat what I want and rather just take it but again have noticed a difference took about month and a half .

Can I tell if my body’s collagen level is decreasing?
Collagen can’t be measured — for instance, in a blood test — but there are signs that your collagen level is decreasing. These signs and symptoms include:- Skin that’s wrinkled, crepey or sagging.
- Hallowing in and around your eyes and face.
- Shrinking, weakening muscles and muscle aches.
- Stiffer, less flexible tendons and ligaments.
- Joint pain or osteoarthritis due to worn cartilage.
- Loss of mobility due to joint damage or stiffness.
- Gastrointestinal problems due to thinning of the lining of your digestive tract.
- Problems with blood flow.
Edit : let me add that it has made a difference skin wise but my ONLY concern was easing my hip pain / arthritis and it has as everything else is irrelevant but guess a nice plus .
