Natural Hair Growth

I don't know anything, Alizerine, but the caffeine may have penetrated to your blood and organs.
Maybe it could work better for you if you rinse your hair four hours before bedtime.
And temporarily keep your hair shorter for a healthier head of hair, maybe?
I am bald and just shave the ridiculous ring of hair I have as prefer that look but either way I use collagen for joints as " had " arthritis in one hip .

The collagen does make hair thicker but not like it turned me into Elvis Presley but think for women it is supposed to be way better .

A couple women in this forum take it hopefully they can add input but as far as joints I do love it .

You can certainly get it via food but I eat what I want and rather just take it but again have noticed a difference took about month and a half .

Can I tell if my body’s collagen level is decreasing?

Collagen can’t be measured — for instance, in a blood test — but there are signs that your collagen level is decreasing. These signs and symptoms include:

  • Skin that’s wrinkled, crepey or sagging.
  • Hallowing in and around your eyes and face.
  • Shrinking, weakening muscles and muscle aches.
  • Stiffer, less flexible tendons and ligaments.
  • Joint pain or osteoarthritis due to worn cartilage.
  • Loss of mobility due to joint damage or stiffness.
  • Gastrointestinal problems due to thinning of the lining of your digestive tract.
  • Problems with blood flow.
Collagen: What It Is, Types, Function & Benefits

Edit : let me add that it has made a difference skin wise but my ONLY concern was easing my hip pain / arthritis and it has as everything else is irrelevant but guess a nice plus .

Thanks Trish,
That is definitely helpful. Most of my claw clips are neutral in colour so I’d like to get more in other shades of colours. I like my hair accessories to match what I’m wearing.

Surprisingly I find the longer my hair gets the easier it takes to look after it. I just brush it and put it in a ponytail, braid the ponytail and wrap the hair around the base. Then I clip or use a hair fork or sticks to pin it all at the back of my head.

I also don’t colour my hair. It’s all natural colour ; ginger and silver grey. Do you colour your hair ?

Very nice .

Where you happy with the postal service ?

I ask as think Etsy and Ebay if had their own type delivery would be great for sellers .

Here in USA the postal service ranges from good to total disaster depending on area so more and more use Amazon due to their delivery .

Yes. The postal service was great. Most packages fit through the 1 1/2 inch envelope slot, so it was fairly cheap to send stuff. I think out of 500 items we sold and shipped, we only lost one.

This is a very timely thread for me and I'm really glad I saw this today. I have always had coarse, wavy, full hair. Never thought anything of it. For the last several months though I have really noticed my hair thinning. Even my hairdresser mentioned it the last time I got my hair cut. I never thought I was a vain person but the thought of losing my hair bothered me so much I went to the doctor to see if it was a medical condition. She said it wasn't and prescribed Minoxidil.

I started taking the medication a few weeks ago but I am also using a lot of the tips in this thread. Thanks for posting.

Sometimes it can just be stress or, if you have been unwell. I don't think it's vain, it is worrying when we notice changes and, I think, always good to check with your GP if you are concerned. Hope the new medication works :)

I am glad that you did see your doctor. Will you please post updates on your success? Thank you.

Four in a row. Took him a while but he is back!
Wow , he is tough .

When I was a young stupid man I had plenty of fist fights but different times and no weapons .

One thing I have learned is that those are easy fights but the " fights of life " are not and those are brutal .
